This council aims to strengthen economic ties between Qatar and Sri Lanka, fostering closer relationships and promoting mutual investments.At the launch event, attended by Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to Qatar, H.E. Mohamed Mafaz Mohideen, and council officials, the Ambassador emphasized the council’s role in facilitating business interactions and exploring growth opportunities between the two nations.
The Qatar Sri Lanka Business Council, affiliated with the Sri Lankan Embassy in Doha, consists of Sri Lankan professionals working in various sectors in Qatar. The council has launched a website detailing its objectives and trade opportunities in Sri Lanka.
