Affidavits

1. Requirements

  • The applicant should come in person to the Embassy with valid Sri Lankan passport, Driving license or National Identity Card.
  • Self-made Affidavit
  • Relevant official documents should be produced to substantiate the facts given in an Affidavit or a Power of Attorney.

    2. Fees

    • Prescribed fee for Affidavit- QAR 250/-

    NOTE: In the event of relevant official documents not being produced to substantiate the facts contained in an Affidavit or a Power of Attorney will not be considered for Attestation.
