No Objection Letter

NO OBJECTION LETTER FOR ISSUANCE OF A PASSPORT TO A CHILD

In case where one parent is in Qatar and the passport application to obtain a new passport for a child is submitted to Colombo Immigration and Emigration Department by the other parent from Sri Lanka.

  • Duly filled Application form. Download Here
    Original passport with its Photocopy

    2. Fees

    • Prescribed fee for No objection letters- QAR 110/-

    For signing the consent letter, the owner of the passport should physically be present at the embassy of Sri Lanka in Qatar.
